Ingredients: • Pasta - 400g • Onion - 1 large onion • Beef (tenderloin) - 450 g • Canned vegetables - 250 g • Canned tomatoes (skinless) 5-6 pieces • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp • Garlic - 2 cloves • ½ cup of milk • Grated cheese - 100g • Mayonnaise, salt.
Pour water in a saucepan, add salt, vegetable oil and bring to the boil. Add pasta (penne with ridged sides) and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Preheat a frying pan with a dash of vegetable oil, add finely chopped onion, slices of meat, minced garlic, vegetables, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Mix everything and cook for 20-30 minutes, until cooked. Put pasta in a saucepan, add milk, half the cheese and cook for several minutes. Transfer the hotpot to a heat-resistant form, then evenly distribute pasta and sprinkle the remaining cheese. Bake until golden brown.
